Took the C63 out on the Nordschleife for the first time!
Hey guys!!
So I have a juicy story to share with you today. A few weeks ago I took the C63 out on the Nordschleife for the first time for a total of three laps. I have been driving on the Nordschleife quite frequently in the past, but the last time that I drove it for real was with my MKIV Golf R32 about 10 years ago.
So I was quite excited and had tons of fun! The car behaved well even though I had almost completely worn rear tires and the front rotors were close to being done as well.
If you ever have the chance to visit germany then a trip to the Nordschleife is a must! You can even rent cars specifically for thrashing them around the track!
But I digress, here is the first lap which was exciting but not superfast:
Here is the second lap where I got a bit more trust in the car and went a bit quicker (and also a bit sideways):
Aaand finally the third lap which was the fastest out of the three and a bit sideways again:
And that is about it for today! I will return with somewhat regular updates to the C63 Lightweight and N/A Power Build thread very soon. Already have a lovely pair of Recaro Pole Position seats ready to go into the car and a lot more updates are planned (just need to earn some money to afford it).

Turns it into one of the best sounding "stock" exhausts that I have ever heard. And it still is one of the best sounding 6 cylinder engines ever made I think.
I dream of buying one of those again as a winter car someday. This time I would go with a bit of weight reduction and a supercharger. Not enough cash to turn those dreams into reality haha, but that might change someday.
