Brake Hold Knocking Noise

recently posted about breaks making small thud noise once pushing the breaks. Tighented the bolts now on the hold feature when I double tap the break and it holds it it sometimes makes a loud knocking noise one time or twice after like 5-10 seconds of each other. Always random. Happens more likely if I’m parked uphill or the rims turned
Maybe need to tighten calipers more?
