Has anyone removed the diff without unbolting a knuckle?
Has anyone removed the diff simply my lowering it and maneuvering it out of the first driveshaft without undoing a suspension knuckle like these guys do?

I don't have a hoist so I'm thinking or just backing it up on to ramps and lowering it out as above with two people.

Update: The diff came out OK with two people. I think I'll use 3 people to get it back in without damaging the new seals but overall should end up a lot quicker easier job without unbolting suspension bits.
