C63 rear taillight indicator
Hi all
my w204 c63 has developed a intermittent fault with drivers rear led indicator, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. I’ve checked connections and have a good earth and also have supply to led indicator but led’s only flash dimly and one of the side lights flash instead. If I put a test lamp on supply connection to led the lamp flashes as if a indicator. I’ve noticed that the lamp has 2 x led’s not working could the light unit be at fault as there is a circuit board inside. Any help would be much appreciated.

Ye I’ll pop into merc dealers and get them to check to see if recall has been done thanks. I’ve also ordered a icarsoft mb2.0 diagnostic tool so hopefully it will help. I’m just a bit worried that something else is at fault like the SAM unit as all seems to check out ok but can’t really be sure unit new unit arrives and code reader arrives. I’ll post my findings so hopefully to help other forum users.👍🏼

O/S/R indicator fault w204
Hi all just a update on the indicator fault that I’ve been experiencing. Fault found to be faulty circuit board inside rear taillight unit. These are sealed units but I’m sure someone has tried opening them up at some point. But unfortunately I had to purchase a new rear light unit due to led indicator circuit board fault.
