Mod suggestions, please.
I purchased a 2012 C63 P31 with LSD about a month ago and I’m new to this forum. I’d really appreciate some input as to what direction I should going with my mods. Currently I have ROW Airboxes with K&N filters and deleted secondary cats and resonator which is replaced with individual straight pipes (done by previous owner). Now I’m planning to buy the Eurocharged tune. I’m thinking either buying the VRP Flex Fuel kit (I’ll be running stick injectors) or the MBH OEM xpipe. They are both about $600. I don’t plan on buying long tube headers because, honestly, they’re just too expensive. I’m hoping to get someone’s experience to see which would be the best “bang for my buck”. if you have any interest in a dedicated HPTuners tune let me know.
btw stock injectors will not work for any fueling past e50 (50% ethanol). they will be maxed out on duty cycle.

Although you said you dont want to do longtube headers I highly reccomend them. They are the best upgrade for your vehicle.
If you would like we do have short headers for your car instead. Shoot us a PM I can send you a code for a set of longtubes. Also i would reccomend replacing the injectors when you do the flex fuel kit. But for now, I would start with

airbox Spacers
Air filters.

Don't waste your money on a brand name x pipe. Same thing you can get done at any exhaust shop for $100. I would go flex fuel, injectors, tune and call it good unless you want LT's

Doesn't have to be about power either, you can always dress up the aesthetics. Add some carbon pieces, a front lip, spoiler, rear diffuser, some interior pieces.

I spoke to a local Eurocharged dealer and they said the only way to find out if the car has a tune is to run the ECU. They’re charging $200 to do that. VRP has a sale on the Eurocharged tune and handheld for $900. I just bought it yesterday.

The closest Dyno place is charging $220 per hour and that’s the minimum. I guess I don’t wanna take the chance of having to pay extra to find out. Best case scenario I save $700, but worse case scenario I end up paying $1,100. Since VRP is having a sale on the Eurocharged tune and handheld I figured I’d have the option of going back to stock, just in case I need it.

I should be getting the tune in the next couple of days. I do plan on running the car on the dyno. I am really curious to see what my car puts down. So you have the ROW boxes, filters, and V7, right? Anything done to the exhaust?

So it’s been a while since I installed that tune on that car. Haha I kinda forgot why I had Jerry @ eurocharge do my custom tune that way. But there are threads on here that take deep dives into the V6 and V7 Eurocharge tunes in great detail.
For one the noise is amazing, I love cars that rev extremely high, if I recollect there is some power to be extracted from the extra 200-300 rpm.
