CATLESS TUNED FULL E85 C63

Just dynod my C63 with nothing other than no Primary & Sec cats along with K&N drop ins and a flash for FULL E85 from eurocharged. Anyone with similar mods make more? STOCK HEADER

just got the file been adapting it by going on dyno. on stock injectors.

Check that duty cycle.. With just Second Cat delete and res delete on stock injectors is 95% injector duty at 82% E85. Im installing longer tube headers next week with 630cc injectors to put me back in the safe zone.

Don’t want to spread FUD but I seem to recall chatter about no primaries needing the larger injectors. Did Jerry do the tune? Did you see anything on afr that raised any concerns? There is inconsistent info coming out of Eurocharged because when I inquired about a dedicated E85 tune for a non-LTH car on stock injectors, I was told the dedicated tune could run up to E50, which is not what’s at my E85 pump.

Which you would be correct. 95% duty cycle for me with main cats still in place at 82% E85. With long tube headers i would be way over 100% with no cats i would assume would be the same thing.

don’t need injectors for full catless. I run full catless, straight E85 for the past 5 months. No issues. Duty cycle around 95%. LTH need injectors for sure. I am dyno tuned (Jerry) and put down 491whp on a mainline hub dyno.

Eflexfuel App for me. With 82% E85 with cats still installed is 95% injector on 5 different pulls. If you are fully catless and no res you are way above the threshold.

The change in E85 from station to station can be way different. One of my station has 74% and the other "shell" is around 81-83%. If your in the safe zone on the lower end one you'll pass that mark when u get some good E85

I logged via HPTuners to check injectors, etc. on pulls.

AFD PROFLEX app for me. E85 stations always read 80-83% here

This was with E70 and a remote 91oct tune from Jerry. Never got tuned for ethanol but the car would have been over 500.
