If you are not willing to go to e85 I think it is going to be really tough. Long-tube headers and air boxes might get you anywhere from 450-480 depending on dyno. I haven't done the research if cam and head packages exist for these cars. If they do it might be more cost effective to run a small nitrous shot or even supercharge it.

Mostly you can throw a lot of money at it and come up short of 500 whp or just spend the money on a blower.
I suspect swapping in an M159 is the quickest way to get to 500 NA hp.
