Hello! I am new to this forum I just purchased my dream car! A 2010 C63 with 36,000km on it. The previous owner did have paperwork proving that the headbolts have been replaced and other than that at 36k kms I figured nothing could be wrong with the car. After a few days of driving my engine light came on 
. I tested it with a basic scan tool and the code that it's throwing is the P0705. I did do some research and I know there are a few threads about it but I didn't find THE answer to my problem. Basically the car drives perfect. There's no issues in shifting, I can go through gears like there's absolutely nothing wrong. Majority of my driving is in manual mode anyway, and I've been driving it and I've had no issues going thru gears or anything at all. The only problem is, is that STUPID light
can somebody please give me the guidance of what to do. I did read some places that it could be the conductor plate in the transmission pan, but I checked with different companies that repair those and they mentioned the repair that they do will not fix the P0705 error.
Please help. Any help would be really appreciated!

Do u know where the transmission range sensor is located on this vehicle? I cannot find any writeup write-up about it.
