V7 Eurocharged Tune Followup

Howdy

Wanted to share this as I have to revert my original opinion on the V7 tune. I had this about a year ago . I hated it and returned it after 4 different attempt from Jerry to alter. As some have commented, it was boggy and in my experience, essentially practically bypassed 1 & 2 second gear shifting at under 1000 rpm and drive-ability was terrible.
Well I am ecstatic to report this has all changed. I took another shot since i did quite a few updates such as various mounts and flexplates, diff and tranny fluids, new injectors etc etc. No clue if this has any real affect on how the tune performs but I loaded the tune this week and wow is all I can say.
There was one small snafu but Jerry removed the torque limit and that resolved it.
First full pull and all i can say is pure adrenaline, what a beast, car just absolutely screams ans the tangible difference is just ridiculous.
I can now highly and categorically recommend this tune, its incredible.
To all, stay safe and be well!

Nice to hear, enjoy!
Is there an easy way to know what version I'm running? I installed mine a few years back so I think it's the V6 tune.

my tunes don't touch the torque limit maps. modification of these maps will case adverse drivability and erratic throttle response, they also cause misalignment with transmission torque and shift mappings. other than that, glad to hear your tune is working out for you.

I too was experiencing throttle sensitivity and tranny shifting issues. Jerry sent me an updated map that might've modified the torque limits and it's much better now.

With your tune, does the high LTFT with ROW boxes go away, or will it always be that way unless you revert to the OEM airboxes?

When I had V7, I reverted to stock with ROW's and LTFT's stayed high and only went back to normal with the original airbox lids installed (and that was with OEM filters in both)
