Hi guys (and gal),
I'll post a pic or two once the sun comes out. My magnetite grey baby looks better than she ever has thanks to a little TLC.
I used the Mother's clay bar system and followed that up with the Armor Shield IX ceramic nano coating by Avalon King. It was a bit pricey but one bottle is enough to treat two cars.
Not only does it look awesome but supposedly lasts for a full year+. When I was done, I went back out to do the windshield and accidentally set the Windex bottle down on the flattest part of the hood and, yup, it slid right TF off... I am sure most of these products are pretty similar but I can vouch for this one. Easy to apply. Entire project took 1/2 day from start to finish (ahem).

Funny just did my c63 this weekend also and my 335i and then my bike and my sons bike, used 1.5 bottles and I agree stuff is awesome and if it lasts anywhere near what the say, so worth it. I used the code legit to save 25 bucks so stuff is pretty cheap, looks like 30 bucks off sale for this weekend so even better and when I did a second bottle it was half price also. Works great on plastic also. I did a clay towel to clean alcohol wipe down polished a few areas and then applied. They say it amplifies whatever is under it and that is correct, if it is glossy then it is more glossy if matte plastic then just looks like new matte plastic, but it will also make imperfections and scratches easier to see also so be aware of that.
