Depends on how often you drive the car and how you drive it. If you’re ok with changing every 2k miles or 6mos, and that it’s not MB-approved, then why not. There’s virtually no benefit, and only downside (weak additive package, ester based oils absorb water, etc), so I don’t know why you would but whatever it’s your car.

That's a racing oil. You don't put that in a street car. It doesn't have the detergents required for long intervals.
