Weird sound at warm idle...wth is this?

Weird sound at warm idle...wth is this?
Got back from a quick drive and noticed this weird sound coming from the front of the engine. I can't make it out. It comes and goes, too.
Any light you guys can shed on this is appreciated!

It's that whirring/almost rattling sound.Hard to describe

Man i PROMISE, thats what i thought. In fact, Barry (hachiroku) had mentioned inspecting them regularly in an older thread, so I had been planning to replace them soon.
My 2012 has JUST under 60k miles, so I know it's time to replace all of them along with the belt.

I just picked up a 2012 c63 sedan with 39k miles. I made a video of my engine noise at cold start, idle for a couple mins, and after driving it for 15 minutes. I think I might have to replace the pulleys and belt as well.
My hearing is shot so it's difficult to tell where the noise is coming from, I hope it's not a camshaft adjuster or lifters, but I won't know until I check. I really don't feel like pulling off the valve cover, but I probably should.

Is it me, or is that just the injectors?
I don't hear lifter tap...normal big V8 music is what im hearing in your video....
edit - at the VERY end I hear something, but i cant make it out..

At the 2.01-2.05 minute mark when you a looking between the radiator support and engine I think I can hear a idle pulley grinding.
Might be worth looking into further

Update on my issue. Ordered the drive belt kit from FCP Euro and it arrived in about 2 days.

Jumping in on this thread. As I got a new pulley noise cropping up.
Just replaced all pullies and belt tensioner. Torqued to spec 20Nm and 30Nm respectively.
It’s a whirring sound which seems like a bearing but everything is new. Odds I got a bad new pulley? These are from FCP Euro so I’ll replace for free if have too.
