mercedes 71 280sl. Porsche 930 . Ducati mh900 and ps1000
front lower rearward control arm compatible with reg c class?
hi guys the balljoint part of the front lower rearwards control arm is lose , would a regular c class one fit ? don't want to pay 600 in these covid times lol

I think someone posted the mounting points are the same but that cross strut is beefy for a reason.

Just get the right part dude. They’re not the same part number for a reason. Used ones are all over eBay at 1/3 the price of new.

It's what connects your suspension to the frame. The car is heavy and designed to absorb bumps. That arm is a stress point that needs to be beefy, otherwise it would have just been a shared part like some other components are.
