the thread was filled with headers from this guy that looked much better than the ones ive received, just take a gander.
Trust me i didn't want to buy ****ty headers, was expecting at least decent quality since it was claimed that these were better than the vrp stuff from other members.

I'd have to agree. I picked up a used MBH set and let me tell you even them being dirty and used they looked wicked. Spend the money and cry once, its worth it! You own a C63 not a Civic...

Are they welded on the other side of those welds you are showing ?? if they are i wouldn't worry about it, sometimes if header pipes are welded from the inside of the flange, which i have to believe these are there is no need to even weld the outside or other side of the flange..

Ill be throwing them on next month, now that i have confirmed that the welds on the inside are good enough. ill keep everyone up to date on dyno results.

that’s great news! I was going to say my headers from shardul were fantastic. The Thing I would recommend changing is the exhaust gaskets. They are soft. However, shardul might have a reasoning for that.

I would pay $200 more just to avoid dealing with VRP. Their business model is shady and costumer service sucks.

I have no idea how to respond to that. I thought you guys may have partnered up since they were selling your headers on their website. I was under the impression that you built these, which led me to think that.

He wont address this question,. and the reason we got these headers is to prove a point. Shardul doesnt make any parts. literally none. I have 4 pallets of these. And they are selling fast and shipping same day. but i can tell you FOR SURE, the runners and primaries ARE smaller than the VRP branded headers. When are people going to start addressing sharduls dishonesty?
With that said, I am in no way saying one is better over another. That’s what total consumer review is for. I am happy to see that you’re both offering affordable parts for this platform. Not everyone who owns a w204 will want to invest thousands in am parts. Some will be happy with a Chinese version, as long as it fits. So there is definitely a market for it.
