W204 Subwoofer options

Hi guys, new to the Merc scene... looking at getting a W204 C63 amg coupe...
i heard a car previously that had the HK speakers, had decent bass for what it was...
I heard a car yesterday that did not have HK system...
ive been told only the HK system had a Sub, is this true??
If its just a basic system, has the parcel shelf stil got a "hole" for a sub?
i really dont want to put a sub box in the car or start cutting the parcel shelf...

Check out:
JBL BASSPRO HUB. You would never know just by looking in my trunk. 11" has some kick.

Does this fit our trunk/spare hub ?

I have a JL Audio JX 500 amp and JL 12” w3 waiting to be installed but I’d rather go with a more flush setup if this works.

from my understanding this sub goes in the hub of spare so we’d lose the tire removal kit. which I’d be ok putting that in a bag or some where else secured in the trunk.

The subwoofer sit in the spare. The spare already sits upside down. The only thing you will loose is the plastic tray that holds your jack and your gloves/fuse chart. Those things were easily located elsewhere out of sight.
