Codes 0810 0814 low air flow to bank 1 and 2 Help

I'm getting these two codes car has mbh long tube headers no cats fully tuned ran perfect for 5 yrs woke up one day car has rough idle changed plugs coils airflow sensors .....where do I go next runs perfect ,only at idle is rough help I can't sleep lol

I believe those codes are for your secondary air injection system. Does your pump turn on at start up. You sure you don’t have other codes? The secondary air injection not functioning shouldn’t cause a rough idle what you describe would be misfires. On header cars the primary o2 sensors are culprits but you should be getting a bunch of misfire codes.

I did get misfire codes before I changed the plugs now the only 2 codes I am getting are the ones stated above, you think the o2 sensors can be causing this when I pulled the plugs the passenger plugs were black and the driver side was grayish white i did get codes for cyl 1,2,4 misfire multiple misfires are the o2 the culprit did my tune just take a **** , should I just change the o2?????

Other than the rough idle car runs perfect when driving tons of power no hesitation
