I've got my eyes on a BS and would appreciate additional eyes on the car...

Is this a proper 2-seat model, or has this been modified? I heard all U.S. BS's were 4-seat models. Additionally, this doesn't look normal to me. Why are there rear air vents? Why are there rear floor mats? Why are there arm rests?
What are those grid square things on the bench? I've seen the rear of other BS cars and they don't look like that.
How difficult and what would it approximately cost to install the rear wing, canards, and front lip extension?
Lastly, if anybody is selling/trading a BS or know somebody who is let me know!

Even if it started out as a Black Series, it has so much aftermarket stuff it almost doesn't seem "legit". Wheels, steering wheel, starter button, center console carbon fiber doesn't look right, etc. Not sure if deleting the rear seats was an option, but it looks funky back there either way.

Yes it’s legit. The rear seat delete was a free option. Watch Doug Demura video review of the black series he talks about all the quirks of the car. Canards and wing your looking at like $5k for aftermarket parts.

If buying any BS car, I think you need to go all original. That is where the value lies. Modded or enhanced cars, as you can see on various MBworld subs are generally not strong in the resale department and are not received well. If I ever picked up a special AMG or any other pre-owned performance car it would need to be 100% factory original, wheels too.

I am with places on this, if you are buying a BS car, you want it all stock or at minimum all the stock parts included. If the stock parts are not included it is way over prices, it is already probably too much money for the miles and if you had to source all the missing stuff like the wheels and steering wheel then it is worth like 10k less. Seller also lists it with Track Pack which it doesn't have (option B25 active rear diff cooling and tires) but it does have a few nice options like AMG performance Media and for sure has the carbon exterior package. I would agree if it was stock or included the original parts it is priced about right for the miles. If you are buying it as a collector car and not driving it a lot, I would spend the 5-10% more money on a better car that is all stock with lower miles.

That said, I agree that at least stock wheels would be nice to have if you’re buying it for resale purposes.
