Moving from shorty to LTH
Ive done some searching but I havent found a clear answer to this so far....
I currently have the Renntech shorty headers with ECU upgrade. I am looking to switch out to long tube headers and remove cats. Question is, would this require a full re-tune? I know going from stock to LTH does, but I am not sure about this specific situation. I also have the Mikes h-pipe but I dont think this affects the question.
Any input is appreciated, thanks!

Yep
You are going from catted to catless which needs a tune. The shorty to long tubes probably wouldn’t really need it to be honest but to maximize it you would want to.

any large change to your vehicles configuration will require a full retune if you are looking for absolute optimal performance. feel free to reach out if you're looking for a ground up custom tune for your setup and not a copy and pasted tune like the others.
