Mass Air Flow Meter 0280218185 A1560900048

Hi,

anybody knows replacement for Mass Air Flow Meter 0280218185 A1560900048 ?
in oem it's goes with covers 1560940406 1560940306 which is $200 per item

meanwhile, numbers which I mentioned not replacement it's oem parts, which imposible to buy, and sometimes same sensors can be used from another car or another model etc.
