When will you have a prototype ready for us to view?
Sorry for late answer, been away for a while.
Well, i´m from Sweden, maybe our rates are different here, i dunno.
And, if lower part of manifold is billett, fine! i can take that.
But if isn´t there´s no way in hell there would be many sold in Sweden, especially when you might need an changed converter to make it run properly, it will be very lazy in low rpm´s due to shorter runners.
Manual conversion might do the trick also, but very expensive to make an inlet work good.
I made a sheetmetal intake for my old c55 AMG, and yes it produced more power, wasn´t good looking as it was a prototype.
But it lost torque down low and made the car slower from a dig.
Faster when keeping engine above 5000rpm, yes.
But all in all slower in the quarter.
Took me about 4-5hours to weld it.(first will always take some more time as one need to figure things out, making several ones you can cut time as you got the pieces cut correct etc etc.)

I recently upgraded to 82mm throttlebodies, it costed me about 220$, and a job more well done than other hackjobs i´ve seen here.
No vacuum leaks no nothing.
And i think 220$ is hard to beat.
Nevermind the Kawasaki colour, it was what i had on the shelf, works just fine and never seen when put together.

Yes, i made the velocity stacks my self, the bodies are bolted down with adapterplates with o-rings, no junky filed holes to accept new bolts with vacuum leaks all over.
