M156 coolant leak from back of passenger head

Greetings all,

have a 2008 cls63 posting here due to more m156 activity.

just replaced cylinder head bolts, head gaskets, new lifters and intake cams.

runs fine now, but my problem is when I was filling the motor up with distilled water (just a precaution, that I will replace with coolant soon)

I noticed a leak in the back of the passenger side head coming from this

i did a quick WIS and EPC search and can’t find this part, after the motor warmed up for me to change out the oil, the top radiator hose blew out at the new thermostat housing.

any help or advice would be appreciated
