C63 MUFFLERS Question
I have a 2007 e550 and I’m looking to put some c63 w204 mufflers . My current set up is resonator/muffler delete , secondary cat delete and a x pipe . I plan to remove the primary cats soon. Since the c63 mufflers are rare to find I found some online but they are 1200$. It’s not in the best shape but also not horrible. Normal wear and tear . Is this too much or what they go for ? That is my question .

Perhaps a stupid answer, but have you tried looking for E63 mufflers? They may fit better in your E550 chassis

Not really but I don’t think it would be a problem since I’ve seen e500s with them . One of the things I’m eager about is the primary cat delete . I have never seen or heard of that on a 550 . It should sound epic though with the mufflers.

If you remove the primaires, how to you pass emission testing? Not unless you are lucky to be somewhere where this is not done.

it’s not hard ppl make it seem like it’s impossible but there are lots of places that’ll “pass” you for a price more than the usual smog . Ppl in the car community usually know . You just gotta be careful though if you have a tune because if they put the wrong information in the computer your car is gonna get flagged by the Referee and then it’s a world of Sh*t and your forced to go back 100 percent stock atleast here in CA .
