Problem after bulb replacement - Headlights not "active"
Bulb called it quits, removed to confirm just the bulb and order a replacement.
During removal, the housing moved. Car has adaptive/active headlights.
Now headlights don't do their little "dance" on start-up, or move with the steering wheel.
This guy had the same problem, no response from OP and no info on a DIY fix... https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...t-working.html
Is there a way to reset it without taking it to a dealer ? Pull the battery terminals for 60+ minutes ?

I went with Hella 35w/5000k bulbs... Flame away ! LoL

Scan it and see if it has a code, I had one that threw an adjuster motor error and that caused both to stop doing the startup dance, I had to replace the entire light assembly.

Seems to have reset after leaving it for an hour... But now I have a new problem.
I think the ballast is gone on the same side the bulb went out. It flickers now, and sometimes just completely goes out.
Wife drove the car for a month with no bulb in it, likely cooked the ballast.
*last bulb was definitely blown though, blackened around the little bulge.
