Here's a look at the filter inside of a power steering reservoir at 51,000 miles. I accidently broke one of the plastic retaining clips that holds a hose that runs to the reservoir. Anyone know how I can find a part number, etc?

Go to FCP Euro. They have a kit with the MB reservoir and a few liters of fluid. As you can see the reservoir has an integrated filter so it is a relatively common replacement item. I had a slight PS while when I bought my C63 and a new reservoir and a fluid flush solved the problem.

I've already replaced the reservoir and fluid; I just don't know how to find the retaining clips for the hose.

Those plastic clips are part of the hose if I remember correctly. You have to buy the whole hose, it’s not expensive (I replaced all mine about 2yrs ago). Any MB parts website will have diagrams you can find it on. If you’re talking about the metal spring hose clamp, you can just use a Breeze worm gear hose clamp.
It would help if you posted a picture of the thing you’re actually looking for.
