295s with fender pull
Is it possible? I would like to fit something like 19x10.5 et 45 with 295s in the rear. So not so extreme to need wide fenders . My body shop guy says he can do it and pull the fender close to an inch keeping the OEM look. Anyone else done this B4? I would prefer this way than the wide fenders and cutting up the car......

Nope.
I have pulled the fenders in the past and it allowed me to run a 295 but it still rubbed where the fender meets the rear bumper. 285 you can fit no problem with pulled fenders and the offsets / widths you suggested.

Could I use 285-35 or must go with 285-30? Is the wheel offset i suggested good?

offset and widths are fine you may be able to pull off the 35 profile tire depending on the side wall profile. If its more squared like MPSS it will rub if rounded sidewalls i think you can get away with it. 285/30 is the correct size though.

I fit 295s fine with pulled fenders. I got about 1.5” and had to have the panel repainted. Looks great. You just have to trim the rear bumper clip where it meets the fender. There are lots of posts about it.
