These are the threads that keep from buying from vendors.
Have been ripped off in the past, and the excuses are always the same: family crisis, being in the hospital (sick), no phone line, and family members in jail.
What ever happened to responding to emails?
Too bad b/c some of their products do look nice. But the classic story of stealing from Peter to pay Paul grows old. There are some previously excellent vendors in the RX-7 world that have gone this route.
Hope to hear that they get their sh*t together, build back their reputation.

You've ignored my email for over a month - no response, no products!! You don't need a phone line to communicate Sam. You have communicated via email and DM just fine, now you make an excuse you don't have a phone line. Several of us customers have given you ample opportunity to make this right. So at this point, since you took my money and have failed to deliver the products I ordered this has SCAM and THEFT written all over it which warrants a formal complaint to the AG's office. https://ag.ny.gov/consumer-frauds/Fi...umer-Complaint You continue to spew pathetic excuses instead of delivering on your promises. Not once have I seen you make an apology for your shortcomings - only excuses about your finances, accident, etc. If you go looking for trouble, don't be surprised when it finds you.

Its seems like mode carbon can't take the time to reapond to valid criticism levelled against him here. Who knows, maybe he has another family emergency.
I think the best way to deal with business like this, is to hit him where it hurts. Right in the wallet. I ordered my carbon bits from RW carbon and it was great. Communication and customer service was fantastic. And the pricing was significantly better than mode carbon.

My .02 as someone who runs a business. If people are this mad and been waiting this long it's time to just offer a refund and then try and produce what they had ordered and offer it in good will to try and salvage your reputation. Or just refund these people and move on with some business damage and try and rebuild your name

If people are this mad and been waiting this long it's time to just offer a refund and then try and produce what they had ordered and offer it in good will to try and salvage your reputation. Or just refund these people and move on with some business damage and try and rebuild your name

Hadn't heard or RWCarbon until last couple days and just now checked out their site and offerings. They appear to be a legitimate business!

ordered some parts for a gtc earlier this year from RW CARBON. They initially told me 8-12 week lead time. I was patient. They showed up around week 10. no b.s. or lies at anytime. 100% stand up business.

I’m sure what is more perplexing and shameful, the fact that Mode Carbon is strolling along and acting like nothing is wrong, or the fact the moderator on this forum is continuing to let him be a vendor and promote his business to unsuspecting buyers/victims.
