In spite of these "issues" there never seems to be an inability to post pics or ads. I don't have a dog in this fight, but appreciate the experiences members here have shared. They're very reminiscent to me of a former custom mountain bike company (really a one man show) who took on more orders than he could handle, which led to more debt to meet demand, which led to a great bike builder being exposed as a poor business person. At least he had the ***** to make everyone whole and admit the error in his ways. No excuses, no BS, just took responsibility and then went on his way. Mostly posting this to keep the thread at the top having seen the latest ad in the pics post.

In your original post today you indicated you would remove all Mode Carbon's threads by the end of day without a satisfactory response.... he has several product threads but here are just a few. His threads should ALL be removed until he resolves these issues. I wouldn't have ordered from his if it weren't for his ads here on MBWorld...

If you can run ads you can at minimum reach out to your customers and update them on the situation. And no CC chargebacks aren’t “handling a situation”

Mode Carbon never came back to address the very people he took advantage of.... @Robb M. indicated last week (April 3rd) you were going to remove all of his threads by end of day if he didn't provide a satisfactory response.
Maybe there was a satiafactory response in private 😏. Definitely not to these customers though, as you state it leaves the impression of lack of professionalism by the forum controllers themselves at this point. How someone with multiple different people sharing the same stories and the same endless stories as to why they can't be helped is still allowed to post otherwise is kind of confusing

If *I* took money from *you* and never delivered a for sale item, made up a bunch of sob stories and excuses and posted them here for the world to see, and STILL kept taking money from people on this forum, you can be sure as shït I’d be banned from the forum in a heartbeat.
I'm sure IB is investigating behind the scenes. You can't just dump a vendor from a forum post. If anyone else has been treated the same way as @Lizard and @MayhemD90 with clear evidence (like what was posted here) I suggest you contact @Robb M. via PM and provide such evidence.

the chronicle of threads & evidences have added up to be a series of continual scam by this said vendor, dating as far back a more than a year ago, not resolved, never did; and multiple forum members have provided their proof on exchange of communications, to no end, and the products were never delivered this whole time.

Nope. I think this guy is a lying scum bag but if IB is going to axe a vendor, they're not going to air it out in a thread. @Lizard needs to PM @Robb M. and speak up.
EDIT: And if anyone else has similar evidence of the same run around. They also need speak up and PM the person who can actually make the vendor delete happen.
