Thats not a bad price. If you have a bigger budget you can for sure get one with lower kms. I know there are some for sale in Ontario, if I’m not mistaken that cars from apex, I got mine recently from there very nice guy.

Hard to tell condition from one photo, but it seems like a fair price given the mileage. However, I don't know the Canadian market like Canadians likely do.
I disagree about requiring ultra-low mileage, it's 62K miles / 100KMs... the important thing for a car 8+ years old is how it has been treated/maintained. I've seen low mile cars where the paint wasn't protected, the original tires (!) are on the car, and there has only been one oil change. See what it looks like in person and check the service records. Post more pics if you can if you want people on the internet to give better analysis of it's worth.
