I'm planning to install Recaro in my C63 W204. But I can't seem to find the base frame in stock anywhere.
The part number for the base frame is 68.98.19 & 68.98.29
The part numbers he posted are the aftermarket recaro base for normal W204 which on sites say don’t fit amg.
I am surprised you cannot find these in stock tbh, from what I have read online you need a standard W204 base for these and no one has confirmed they fit in a C63.
Id like to fit them the same as the passenger seat in the black series where the side mounts bolt directly into the seat rails without having to buy a base mount like the planted ones. I am pretty sure you cannot buy them separately from MB as it shows no part number next to the image in WIS. The only way would be to get custom side mounts to fit into a stock w204 seat frame if I want to do it that way.
Anyone found how to code the errors out yet without resistors? A guy a know in Germany did his by coding them out with the proper MB program but only one place I know in the UK can do this and they said id basically have to buy it all for them to figure it out.
FYI planted too couldn’t confirm they fit W204 but they do fit the Coupe, They also couldn’t confirm they fit RHD.
I mean a w204 not AMG and W204 amg I assume they are similar in terms of mounting point on the car.
