I got the exhaust figured out at the end of last week. Had to fab a new mid section but now there is zero contact with the exhaust and frame, the exhaust is hanging perfectly now and I am finally happy with my ARH setup.
I am selling a complete Armytrix exhaust for the W204 if you are interested? I am going to post it in the marketplace when I find some time.

I will get some pictures when I get it up on the lift in the next few weeks and share them here. I forgot to take some. Will try add a clip or two.

I finally bolted the sub brace back on yesterday. Here is the pictures of the final exhuast setup. Zero problems with it now and sounds absolutely amazing! Took a while to get to this point though.

I bet that rear section helps a lot with flow.

The mid-body cross brace may serve a purpose if you track the car but otherwise you will probably be fine without it. It would be too much work to try a bend the pipes on my MBH header mid section to try to go over it, if even possible without ruining the pipes. To space the bar down low enough to go under the mid-pipes would put it at risk of contact with the road surface and possible serious damage to the underbody of the car. Mine is tucked away in a corner of the garage. That piece can cause some very unpleasant interference with the exhaust.
I was just about to pull the trigger on buying some ARH Headers, that is, until I read this post! I wonder what year your car is as that may be (hopefully) the reason for ARH change in design? I copied the picture of the ARH Headers from their Website as it pertains to my 2007-2009 W211 E63 and pasted it below to show the ARH “Ears” that are supposed to be in place on each side to support each side of the Exhaust where those Black brackets are supposed to connect to. It certainly looks like yours don’t have these “Ears”? Moreover, the inboard ends of those Black brackets are supposed to be mounted underneath the rear Tranny Mount itself.

It was because ARH supposedly had “made the provision to use those brackets” as their photo suggests, as well as for their supposedly bending their mid section to allow for the pipes to fit over the Center Brace that I had been determined to exclusively purchase ARH over anyone else’s design! However, it looks like your Headers Don’t have those “Ears” built-in nor does it look like the mid-bent point sufficiently bends enough to fit over the mid-brace? I may be wrong on the latter point as it looks like perhaps your guys who installed them may not have positioned them properly before welding on the mid-pipe resonators/extensions! This would explain the added cost of refitting!

Without the Ears and/or the mid-section bend to allow reattachment of the Mid-Section Brace, it seems ARH is misrepresenting themselves! This is what, in my mind, differentiated ARH from anyone else’s offerings! I certainly hope this is not the case, but if so, I might as well entertain VRP or MBH?
