I was wondering if you can run e30 with a tune using the completely stock fuel system?

I run full e85 with 550 injectors no issues. Injectors are not pricey and a common faulty part in these motors I see no reason to not replace and tune for pump e

you probably can, but you won't gain anything and you'll eventually kill your oxygen sensors and dilute your oil through ethanol contamination. the factory computer can only compensate in parts of the mappings, not all of them, so you'll have area's of the tune that are too rich or too lean. this goes for the M157 and M177/M178 computers as well.
