Offsets for Custom 18" Wheels

Need Offsets for Custom 18" Wheels
My kid is having some wheels custom made and we are looking for info on widths and offsets.
He has had a couple of sets of 19" but with the lowered Bilstein coil overs the ride is brutal not to mention he is rough on wheels. Currently he is back on the OEM 18's and he really likes the ride.
I believe the factory sizes are:
18x8 = +45mm Front
18x9 = +54mm Rear
Pretty sure the "standard" available options I am seeing out there are:
18x8.5 = +42mm-45mm Front
18x9.5 = +45mm-48mm Rear
But I am also seeing some 9" options for the front and some 10" and 10.5" options for the rear:
Front:
18x9 = +45mm
Rear:
18x10 = +40mm
18x10.5 = +35mm
Anyone running wide aftermarket 18" wheels (9" up front, 10-10.5 rear)? If so, what offsets? Tire sizes?
Since we are having them custom made (ie - no refunds) I would like to minimize the risk of fitment issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
