M156 wont run after rebuild
Good evening Guys,
Hoping you can help. Have recently stripped down and replaced lifters,headbolts, camshafts,adjusters & complete intake manifold. Complete top end overhaul. Since completion the vehicle now cranks but won't run.
Every time the vehicle cranks the plugs are fouled straight away. I have to remove and crank the engine over to get rid of the excess fuel. Vehicle timing has been rechecked several times with correct locking tools, all 3 plates fit in place on both banks at 40BTDC
The following fault codes are logged -
1916 The intake manifold pressure sensor has a malfunction. A+S
0755 The position sensor for the intake camshaft (cylinder bank 1) has a malfunction. A+S
0759 The position sensor of the intake camshaft (cylinder bank 2) has a malfunction. A+S
And actual values for intake manifold pressure is always at 1000Hpa when specified is 230-450Hpa (no vacuum)
Any help or direction greatly appreciated?
