2012 C63 quaife differential install (HELP)
Need help finding parts preparing to do a quaife differential swap on my 2012 C63 having a hard time finding locking rings, axle differential bearings has anyone here done a quaife differential swap if so anything i need to need to know before i start

Here was my parts list. Missing is the LSD and fluid. I did a giken and I had to grind some. I don't recall if you have to with a quaife or not. I did my install earlier this year, feel free to pm questions.

thanks man I have just now seen this I haven’t got to the installation yet because of this, everything in the photo above is what u used to install?, also for the side bearing do I only need one

If I recall, the side bearing is one side and the differential carrier is the other side. One is thicker than the other. And yeah, not a lot of parts, you need to remove the gear from the original differential and put on the new. Pressing the bearings on, you will need someone to do or purchase a tool.
