C63 whine when coasting
Hi All,
I’ve got a strange whine, which is especially noticeable when coasting downhill (which I do every time I exit the carpark in my building).
I have uploaded a video, thoughts? Idler pulleys?

I’ve got a scan tool arriving tomorrow so can check if there’s any codes.

hard to hear...but is it mechanical? sort of sounds mechanical. do you have an LSD? if so, generally speaking the #1 noise maker would be your LSD or rear end gear assembly. otherwise, you'd best to look at tires or alignment. tire scrub can make this noise as well.

I've updated the original post with new videos.
The first video is a whine when you lift of the accelerator going downhill.
The second video is a high pitched whistle with light throttle.
No LSD, hopefully the sound comes through on the video.
