Radiator Replacement

Any recommendations for Radiator replacements?

I have a slight leak which I haven’t really investigated other than the expansion tank gets slightly lower every couple days and the few drops under the front of the cover.

Was ordering parts for wife’s Escalade on Rockauto so went to check out what Rad options they had and they don’t carry the OEM Mahle Behr one but do carry a Nissans one anyone have experience installing this one or using it there much of a difference between OEM?

i have the Nissans in mine. In terms of performance and quality no issues. The only annoyance is the drain plug. It's exactly that, just a drain plug in the OEM location on the side near the bottom so draining can get messy.

Ehh that’s fine, I’m garage and driveway have seen countless types of messy fluids haha. I might go with it since it’s about $100 cheaper in Canada for me than OEM and I’m already paying for shipping on some other parts.

Did you install yourself or use a shop? Looks more just more of a pain in the *** then anything

The annoyance is if you don't create a channel for the fluid to direct down and out, it will get all over everything behind the bumper cover since it comes out like firehose.

Self install, it was a pain in the dick.
