Hi all,
I'm looking to buy a W204 C63 AMG but in my area these type of cars are hard to find.
One popped up for sale recently, the only problem is that its a bit rough:

-2009
-70k miles

Known issues:

- Rims are scratched
- Needs tires (including spare)
- Front bumper is missing lower grills and the main grill is poorly repaired. (it had a minor front end crash, it has signs of body repairs in the engine bay next to the driver's side wing, but main frame is fine)
- Minor scratches and dents
- One Xenon headlight doesn't work
- COMAND screen pops up but stays off (radio works)
- Brake pad message is on.

Interior is 90% perfect
Engine runs great, transmission shifts fine.

The owner is asking $17k but is open to offers.

I know everyone's market is different but I would appreciate any input/comments/recommendations about the price etc.
