W204 c63 722.9 Transmission issue
I have a 2009 Mercedes c63 and the transmission was slipping, I brought the car to Eurocharged Atlanta and they replaced the trans twice the first time he used the conductor plate from my original transmission and it was still having issues we tried to figure out why and we couldn’t (keep in mind I still had my aggressive downshifts with this used trans) so we sent that trans back and got another one he installed that one and said he’s not going to use my original conductor plate and said he will ship out the conductor plate that came with used trans, he sent it out and when the guy got the conductor plate he unlocked it and tried to transfer data from original conductor plate to used one, and he said he’s can’t do that bc my original one was corrupted so he just unlocked it and sent it back and Eurocharged Atlanta said he will make it a virgin and reprogram it to the car, after he did that he installed everything and went on a test drive at normal driving it’s fine but when aggressive driving it the transmission shifts a little hard and the wheels would chirp like a f8x dct trans and also my downshifts randomly disappeared, can anyone please help me out with this it would mean so much.

since all your transmission adaptation values have been reset, it wont be super awesome right out of the shop. You need to either perform the adaptation procedures per mercedes or you can drive it for a few days and it will relearn itself. The upshifts and downshifts will improve with time/miles.
