Yes, they fit.
Yes, they work.
No, they're not really backordered for weeks.
I searched quite a bit before buying these and found little or no useful information. What information is available is conflicting, including what is shown on Koni's own sites. And like a lot of other things when it comes to MB/AMG/W204, there is relatively little info online about this mod for these cars.
The C63 is not shown in the application list on Koni's product info pages, but their online shop lists them as fitting all W204 C-Class. Koni confirmed that they do in fact fit and work on C63s.
Part numbers:
front strut 8741-1554SPORT
rear shock 8040-1412SPORT
All of the vendors listing these parts showed at least the rear shocks backordered for several weeks. I ordered directly from Koni and they were in my driveway in two days. Their inventory system obviously needs some work.
Ride quality is good once adjusted properly. Adjusting the rear requires removing them from the car, which is obnoxious but can be done in ~30 minutes once you've done it a few times.
Expect these to lower your car ~10mm. Koni says their struts "usually aren't lower," or something to that effect, but that's not accurate. The spring perch on these struts is about 10mm lower than stock.

It handles better with these than it did with the 98,000-mile original stock stuff. But I couldn't say if they're better than new stock dampers would be.
I also did the larger rear sway bar at the same time, so I don't know what's making the most difference.
If I did it again I would probably just put new Sachs OEM stuff on it for half the price.

Oh you were in the same boat I am now. Trying to decide which way to go and am also leaning towards just swapping the oem Sachs with lowering springs. I’m not sure which rear ones I can put on my car as I can’t find the sachs for my part number and not sure if I can use the one for the lowered or softer ride package. I had also considered air but the general consensus seems to be it will ruin the ride. Surprised bilstein doesn’t make replacement shocks for this car.

Air springs are awful, in my opinion.
Yeah I just went through all of this with the part numbers. PelicanParts.com stocks all of them. The "lowered comfort suspension" is probably what you want. Bilstein does make a rear shock for these, but not a front strut, apparently.

yea I was looking at the lowered comfort are they designed to lower the ride with standard springs? I do plan to put in H&r lowering springs so I didn’t want to make it too low.

It probably has to do with the travel and/or valving. The rear shocks can't change the ride height.

Ah yes I forget they are divorced. I sent pelican a message just to confirm I’ll probably end up going with sachs. I was curious did you change all the other components up front like the strut bearing, top mount also the bump stop which is strangely expensive at $100.. what kind of bump stop do we have on this car? I think the rear shock comes with all the components included if I’m not mistaken.

I had already replaced the bearings fairly recently, so they were still fresh. So were the bump stops.
The rear bump stops are the same standard foam things that are on the front. The Konis didn't come with anything. I did replace the rear upper shock mounts, which are cheap.

is you vehicle AWD? I’m in such an insane whirlwind of different answer and most people have no clue in terms of Koni’s on AWD applications. I have a c350 w204 AWD coupe. Looking for a full suspension kit. If you’re front are AWD I’m pretty certain this would fit my vehicle. Thanks, car looks amazing.
