Hello everyone. As the title suggest, my 2012 p31 has been leaking for some time from the bed plate and now I’m finally getting to fixing it along with other major things that should be done at high mileage when the engines out. I’ll be doing bed plate re seal, timing cover re-seal, all oil pan re seals, I have had many w204 c63s with over 200k miles and if you would like more info I can tell you what else happens around this mileage.
cylinder head removal to clean carbon and replace valve stem seals, rear main, wet clutch replacement, intake manifold corrosion repair.
If you end up removing the heater control valve on the back on the block to clean things. Can you take a good picture of the mating surface? I need to make a block off plate for it at some point.

Please do share your experiences.
While I'm nowhere near that mileage, I'd like to get there, and given MB's track record of making parts NLA it would be good to know what to have on the shelf.
Yes please share.have done most of that over the past two years as advised by my local indy shop. not because of failure, but more preventative. Would even chip in a f ew bucks if you wanted to make an e-book or pdf. Happy Holidays
