Which coolant do I need?
My 09 is giving me a low coolant level message on the dash. I would like to top it up but have no clue which coolant it is. I can see that it is red does anyone have any ideas?

10 C six trizzle
looks like the MB pink coolant. the other color is blue - not cross compatible.

Hope the low coolant is not related to a head bolt failure. Have you checked to see if you have the new bolts installed? If you still have the old ones, you may have the dreaded bolt failure problem

The headbolt’s were already done by a previous owner.

Good to know. However I would investigate what is the cause for the low coolant warning.
