Getting oem parts are becoming impossible as Phil_T mentioned. You can check in Facebook W204/C63 groups, someone in there might have one.

Finding an original W204 C63 Black Series wing isn’t easy as they’re long discontinued from Mercedes. Your best bet is to keep an eye on eBay and enthusiast groups, especially Black Series owners’ pages on Facebook. Genuine ones pop up occasionally but expect to pay a premium.
Be very careful of replicas being passed off as original. Check for part numbers and proper carbon weave if you find one.

Not a NLA part yet. There are about 20 or so in Germany still available. Now if Mercedes Benz will let you have one without a black series vin is another question and they are about $9K

walk into your dealer and ask for one. I have had Mercedes remake NLA parts because my parts person sends repeated emails requesting it. Then it’s just a waiting game until they make it. I’ve had to provide a vin

As far as you personally getting parts remade, Unless you are really someone special like a Sheik that orders 50 G63 6x6's or run a country... It's because they will take order requests and if enough interest arises they will fulfill orders. It also depends on what it is. It may be in the works already just production time issues. I waited a year for a 2016 rear S212 (wagon) E63 rear shock. Trust me I wasn't the magic person to annoy them enough. It was already planned just hit a lot of delays. Covid really assassinated the supply chain. It's all simple supply / demand economics. If it makes them money they will do it, it just has to make sense to not sit on huge inventory that will collect dust and take up space.
