At my dealership now speaking to my SA. Netstar shows I am still scheduled for production next week, 11/18. My order was highlighted in red, which means I can no longer make changes. No constraints from what he could tell (Studio, Burmeister, etc.), but still too early to tell. No VIN yet either.
Per Netstar, a few cars were already produced in October and are currently at the Baltimore VPC waiting to be released. They had VIN’s as well.
I’d be pleasantly surprised if I see the car before the end of the year but I’m certainly not holding my breath.
Will provide an update next week.

I did receive some unfortunate news today; We received confirmation that my car, which is scheduled for production next week. will NOT include the AMG performance studio package. As far as we know, all other options (Burmester, inductive wireless) will be included.
I will need to make a tough decision on how I wish to proceed. Most other options I could live without, but this was amongst the most distinguished.
Will provide an update soon.

You’re welcome, glad we share the same sales advisor and can communicate here.

Or you can always use the savings for the 2 round trip tickets to Germany and visit an AMG center ?

He (our SA) has reached out to Mercedes to explore all options, which include rebuilding another car. Thanks to @Eaton , who alluded to these production issues in an earlier post, I don’t feel blindsided. Nice idea on the savings suggestion; I’ll be mulling this over the next few days.
studio pack is probably one of those options that is treated as 'if not currently in stock the car still rolls though production'. This is how burmester was treated in the 2022 c300's. (all big assumptions here)
I wouldn't let the studio package stop you from taking delivery if that's the only thing missing. There should be aftermarket alternatives or even the factory option later down the road (or even replicas). I know I have already started seeing replicas (although poor quality).

so maybe cars optioned with performance seats are pushed back until February starting date.

That makes sense. I think everyone here that had it pushed seems to have the performance seats. I would be bummed if studio was removed but hope they would revert it to the standard night packages at least if that happens. I should have another update towards the end of this month again on mine.
so if my order has no studio package but inly night package I, it wouldn’t be pushed till Feb, 2023??

All of us who had performance seats optioned got build dates moved from oct/nov to after february? Are you saying cars will be built and shipped prior to that?
Some are still getting updates with build dates occurring, basically, right now. February may be the release date regardless for those cars? So they will sit at VPC for ~2 months?

Does that align with the logic you're responding to?

Got the call this morning from my SA that a rep from MB brought a C43 to my local dealership! Raced over there while at work and took plenty of pics + video (with sound). I was very impressed! I learned a few things as well which I will detail.
Guys please be patient as I upload pics/video. It’s a hectic Monday at work, but I will do my best to get these posted expeditiously.
