Hello i just purchased my c43 2023 a month ago made one payment and i had no power randomly one day this week. I had them take it in they said codes for temp in turbo all over place they have no idea. Amg enginer came back and told dealership clear codes drive 100 miles. Whats going to happen im not gunna want this defective car back???This is a disaster they are not fixing at my local Mercedes dealership they are not a amg specialist…. Wat do i do

Wait for them to fix the car. If they fix it and the problem doesn’t reappear then it is no longer a defective car. You will be covered under warranty. This is a new model so teething problems will exist, don’t worry they will take care of it. They sound pretty on top of your issue.

The problem is, if this is the first issue there may be more problems wrong with the car i made one payment on it. Im hoping i can just get a brand new one and swap becuase they fix the turbo thats gunna be on my carfax and show engine work was done down the road
and meanwhile the service guy for mb my dealership who drove it 100 miles which his house and back was over 100 was caught with him and his gf in car around the area he lives in and we have pics and reported to dealership…. A cruise drive for a service tech with gf cannont be professional

I got my car a week ago it was going good. But now I noticed that from stopped position i have to really press accelerate to move car. Very odd.
I have no CEL

Well unfortunately I must reply to this thread! I was hoping to be one owner without any issues however, today with about 1300 miles, CEL came on and now the response is sluggish. Waiting on the dealership-(Cooper Tulsa) to respond.

Thank you guys on this forum for being supportive! Great group!
Talked to the dealership, dropping it off Friday. They just had another New C43 in, with even less mileage, same issue. They said they did a software update and replaced one part and it fixed the issue.
I’ll keep everyone posted once it’s fixed.

Took it to the dealership Friday, had a software update and that’s all it needed. Runs great so far.
