So I got bigger air intakes, Vrp downpipes and Vrp upgraded turbos. Can i run the car for a week or two without a tune?

You can if you have to, but I would not get into the throttle and into boost to avoid the risk of running lean from the increased airflow of the upgraded turbos. In other words, drive it like an old lady going to church until you get it tuned.
