Also, the Idrive looks like an afterthought that they pasted on top of the dash and it's narrow and long so no movies or videos look good on it. I 've had about 6 different bimmers in the last 15 years and like them a lot, but

Auto trader is not exactly the most authoritative car testing resource, regardless, I completely disagree that it's difficult to drive C43 in traffic, I am in traffic all the time, not much different than my BMW 540.
Also, the Idrive looks like an afterthought that they pasted on top of the dash and it's narrow and long so no movies or videos look good on it. I 've had about 6 different bimmers in the last 15 years and like them a lot, but

It looks like the Canadian configurator is up: The Compact AMG C-Class Sedan | Mercedes-Benz Canada.
It's not all working yet, but I'm sure they'll iron out the kinks soon. Also, if anyone is interested, I'm probably not going to be buying this car. If you're up here in Canada and are looking for one (relatively soon), PM me and I'll send you my configuration.

Yeah I noticed the configurator up yday. Also a ton of online ads for the car coming from MB Canada. Should hope that would mean its going to be released soon.

Absolutely! A fully loaded Alfa Quadrifolglio is almost the exact same price. With my C43 config, it’s hitting six figures. After tax, it’s more. It doesn’t make any sense.
