Not sure if this extra detail will mean anything to your service rep, but the Job Line Operation was 88MBSM5065 if that helps.

Curious to hear what they say and what the result is. Still experiencing a lot of jerky shifting at the lower gears. Have had it in 2x and was told a software patch is coming in December or first quarter '25. Don't know if this is the patch they are referring to.

Performed transmission control unit update
Same issues here. Brutal shifting between 1st and 2nd. 4th and 5th. Took it in and they updated the software for the transmission control unit. It’s so smooth now it feels like a completely different car. Hope this helps.

That won't help because I don't work for Mercedes won't be able to look up the invoice.
