Winter Package
Opening a thread for those who live in a snow belt.
The AMG winter package that fits C43 & C63 SE is about $5000. It consists of 18' wheels that are currently standard on a car + Michelin Pilot Alpin 5 MO tires.
The 19' package is even more expensive. Our summer PS4s are not good in cold rain, in temperature below 35 (they can be really damaged in the 20s degree) and horrible in snow.
Tire Rack of course has a cheaper package but wheel construction is much inferior and they are made in far east.
If anyone gets any additional info / ideas, please let us know.

Question, what is the rim option they give for the 19s?
I assume there might be some difference in tire size specs for 63SE vs 43 or is it the same to your knowledge?

Keep in mind that in this matter I only know what the dealer told me, as in Germany it's listed for C43 only and nothing for c63 yet, but I was told they should fit both. MBUSA just came out with the document, BMW canada should have it out in a few years as well. The 19's look as standard 19 from C43 with Pirellis.

So I went with AMG recommended package 18 inch wheels with Michelin Pilot Alpin 5. Apparently, those are good enough to have some track time. Also recommended by Porsche for 911 and I saw a video where the guy compares them with Pilot Sport on a track and they are only marginally worse.
