Testing fuses
Very beginner question but I can’t find the steps I’m missing.
I need to find fuses with power while the car is off and without power while the car is off. The fuse box I tested, every fuse seemed to have power.
from what I understand there should be a mix in each fuse box of some that do and some that don’t. So this makes me think I’m missing something…
the fuse box I’m looking at is the 300-335 panel on the passenger side of the vehicle
any help is appreciated

Most of the fuse circuits do remain hot with ignition off. Worse, some are time delayed and might shut off whenever. Makes finding a switched circuit a PITA, which are few. This is probably because all the electronic controllers need to have power present in order for their on/off switches to work.
