Canadian C43 wagon import
For anyone that's bought one of these, what has the ownership experience been like? Specifically in regard to emissions, registration, titling...
I'm interested and there are a few out there that have been through the import process, but if there are any headaches at all associated with any of the above I think it's best to stay away.
Would appreciate if anyone can share their experience - both good and bad.

Mine is registered in CT. My overall ownership experience hasn't been much different than any of my other cars. The vehicle information didn't prepopulate at emissions testing and required manual entry. I'm sure there are testers out there who would have decided that was too much work, but it didn't seem that difficult. Other aspects of registration were straightforward. My insurer asked a couple of questions, basically confirming body type, but it did not require specialized underwriting.
I took it to a Mercedes dealer shortly after purchase for a software update. They had no problem working on the car, though you should plan for extra time at the dealer because multiple techs will want to talk about it!
